BUILDING AND INTERIOR DESIGN
INTRODUCTORY MEETING
De Appelboom draws up a total concept for you. This marks the start of an intensive procedure. In the introductory meeting, we establish all of your wishes. What do you find attractive? Who are your favorite designers? What creates the right atmosphere for you? Whether you have a building developed or want to restyle your kitchen, the introductory meeting is essential for a successful project.
BRAINSTORM
In this phase we discuss initial ideas. Perhaps you already have a plan which we can work out for you in more detail, or perhaps we’ll draw up a complete plan for you based on your wishes.
PLANNING
In this phase we make all the plans concrete. And in addition, we calculate all the costs for you. For instance, we request quotations for painting and carpentry, materials, furniture and home accessories. Included in the project description you will find a cost estimate and a schedule. Naturally, we also draw up building plans and work descriptions for the subcontractor, the plumber, the kitchen fitter or the carpenter and a lighting plan for the electrician.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Are the plans completed? Then we get started on the project. In addition, we also provide full supervision of the painters, carpenters, plumbers and electricians. These are always professional tradesmen who we have worked with before and who know the level of workmanship we expect. In the meantime, we keep you up-to-date on the progress.
FINISHING AND DECORATION
What furniture and lighting will complete your interior? Which plants, rugs, curtains and door handles fit in with the design? These elements contribute to the high-quality completion of the project.
